Erin did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our 2nd home in Mi-Wuk Village. Her knowledge & expertise of the local Stanislaus National Forest area helped us in making decisions for a home that will experience all 4 seasons!! She was friendly, and responsive to any questions… no matter how silly. She helped assist, or set up appointments for contractors. She stayed in contact with the lender to be up to date with any issues if they arose. It was a pleasure working with Erin.
